PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The 2B finish is achieved by further processing mill finished coils. This process involves using hot rolled coils or plates as primary raw material which then passed through a series of compression rolls which lowers the thicknesses with more accuracy.
After passing through the compression rolls the material is annealed to release internal stresses and then passed through chemicals to pickle and passivate after which a process called a skin pass or pinch pass is carried out which grinds and polishes the surface. This results in a smooth, dull but slightly reflective finish which is ideal for further processing known as a 2B finish.

Kitchen equipment fabrications – cutlery, sinks, saucepans, washing machine drums, microwave oven liners, razor blades.
Architectural – for lintels, street furniture’s, window frames.
brewing tanks.
